Common questions
I can't sign in
Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then write to us.
How do credits and the subscription work?
One credit unlocks one story permanently — in every language and in both listen and read modes. Adult accounts get free daily credits; you can also buy credit packs or take an unlimited subscription. Younger-reader accounts get a fixed daily allowance.
I bought something and it didn't unlock
Open the store screen and tap Restore. If it still doesn't appear, send us the account email and the approximate date and time of purchase — we'll sort it out.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are managed there:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
The audio and text drift apart, or a story won't play
Check your connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If it happens on one specific story, tell us which one and which language.
Offline downloads
Downloading stories for offline listening needs an active subscription. Downloads are removed when the subscription ends or you uninstall the app.
Accessibility
In Settings you can change text size, turn on a dyslexia-friendly font, and switch to dark mode. In Read-It-Yourself mode you can set the pace from 0.75× to 1.5×.
For parents
Set the account to the younger-reader level for simpler retellings and recall questions. Those accounts never get notifications and have no points or rewards. Every purchase attempt is blocked by a parental gate.
Delete my account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete. This permanently erases your data, finished within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.

Giriş yapamıyorum
Giriş ekranındaki “Parolanı mı unuttun?” ile e-posta yoluyla sıfırlama bağlantısı alın. E-posta gelmezse spam klasörüne bakın, sonra bize yazın.
Kredi ve abonelik nasıl çalışıyor?
Bir kredi bir hikâyeyi kalıcı olarak açar — her dilde, hem dinleme hem okuma modunda. Yetişkin hesaplar her gün ücretsiz kredi alır; ayrıca kredi paketi satın alabilir veya sınırsız abonelik yapabilirsiniz. Küçük okuyucu hesapları sabit bir günlük hak alır.
Satın aldım ama açılmadı
Mağaza ekranını açıp Geri yükle'ye dokunun. Hâlâ görünmüyorsa hesap e-postanızı ve yaklaşık satın alma tarih/saatini gönderin, çözelim.
Aboneliği yönetme veya iptal
Abonelikler Apple veya Google tarafından tahsil edilir, oradan yönetilir:
- iPhone: Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler.
- Android: Play Store → profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler.
Ses ile yazı kayıyor ya da hikâye açılmıyor
Bağlantınızı kontrol edin, sonra uygulamayı tamamen kapatıp açın. Belirli bir hikâyede oluyorsa hangi hikâye ve hangi dil olduğunu bize yazın.
Çevrimdışı indirmeler
Hikâyeleri çevrimdışı dinlemek için indirmek aktif abonelik gerektirir. İndirmeler abonelik bitince veya uygulamayı kaldırınca silinir.
Erişilebilirlik
Ayarlar'dan yazı boyutunu değiştirebilir, disleksi dostu yazı tipini açabilir ve koyu moda geçebilirsiniz. Kendin Oku modunda hızı 0,75× – 1,5× arasında ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Ebeveynler için
Daha basit anlatımlar ve hatırlama soruları için hesabı küçük okuyucu seviyesine ayarlayın. Bu hesaplar hiç bildirim almaz, puan veya ödül yoktur. Her satın alma denemesi ebeveyn kapısıyla engellenir.
Hesabımı sil
Uygulamada: Ayarlar → Hesap → Sil. Bu, verilerinizi kalıcı olarak siler, 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
